Alloy Steel WP5 Pipe Fittings are made of an alloy steel with a majority content of Chromium (0.30-0.60%), Molybdenum (0.90-1.20%), and trace elements of Manganese, Silicon, and Phosphorus. This provides increased strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.The mechanical properties of WP5 are tensile strength of 415-585 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 20%. These features render WP5 fittings well-suited for high-pressure and high-temperature applications, withstanding durability and long-term operation in harsh conditions such as power plants and chemical processing plants.
